Terms of sale

1- General:

These general terms of sale are strictly applied to all the sales of products made in Spain as well as in the rest of the world by ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA (hereinafter OPB), with the CIF number (tax ID), for natural persons.

All the orders made from OPB necessarily imply as an essential, determinant and required condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Terms of Sale of OPB existing on the day the corresponding order is made.

In addition, the Client acknowledges that accepting these terms will imply using them to the corresponding order, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which any new conditions may be brought to knowledge by OPB. The fact that at any given moment the client will not appeal against any of the present terms, cannot be interpreted, nor equivalent, to giving up appealing against them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of terms, as well as all the acts that result from them, will be subject to the Spanish law, unless there are other public policy provisions contrary to it.

2- Prices:

Prices published in OPB are in Euros. They are valid except for a typographical error. All prices have the VAT applicable on the day of the order included. Any VAT rate change will be automatically applied to the price of the products for sale in OPB.

Offers on the products for sale in OPB will be displayed in the “Special offers” section or will be shown in the file of the product and, in case the opposite is indicated, they will be valid while they are on display.
