SHIPPING:

1-      The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

2-      By default, invoices will be sent to the email indicated by the customer when the purchase was confirmed or upon registering to the auction.

3-      On Saturdays, Sundays and any other public holidays in Spain no product will be sent or delivered.

4-      However, its delay will not imply neither an annulment of the order nor any compensation.

5-      An order is considered as delivered when the carrier delivers the parcel or parcels to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the condition of the merchandise upon the reception and to indicate any anomaly in the delivery receipt.

6-      Items will always be shipped well protected and with a rigid wrapping or carton tube. ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA will take care of the insurance.

Orders to European Community countries – FEDEX courier company

Orders to the United States and the rest of the world – FEDEX courier company

If the costumer wishes to use another delivery system he must contact ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA in the moment of payment. In case of a cost overrun it will be charged to the costumer.

RETURNS:

1-      Our policy, which is under current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any product purchased in ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The return should be communicated to our customer service department (link to contact). If these conditions are not fulfilled we’ll take it as a good transaction.

2-      A reasoned explanation will be enough for ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA to accept it and return it. The item or items must be returned in its original package, sealed and in perfect conditions.

3-      ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA commits to a refund in a period of maximum 14 days since receiving the return.

4-      If the reason for returning the item is because it is faulty or doesn’t correspond to the one requested when placing the order, ORIGINAL POSTER BARCELONA will take care of the return as well as expenses of new shipment. If the reason for returning it is because you are not pleased with it, we’ll refund the amount of the item, but not the costs of shipping or return.

CANCEL ORDERS:

If the cancellation of the order is done before entering the shipping process, there will be no extra charges for the costumer.  In case of a cancellation after the order has entered the shipping process, the costumer will be charged with both the shipping and the return costs.
