Description
After the successful 1929 Cinzano contest, the Italian brand of vermouth Cinzano launched the 1930 edition of the contest: in order to promote the consume of the original bottles of the brand (which were largely imitated at the time), the value of the prizes came to 170000 pesetas. It the upper part of the poster, it is reproduced a logo originally designed by Leonetto Cappiello a few years before. Cinzano was the very first vermouth to be launched in the marked (on 1757), and even if it was not the most sold, it was surely very popular because of its wonderful ad posters.
