Description
Fun poster showing Catalan dancer and choreographer Joan Magrinyà, who founded a real avant-garde in Spanish dance; not surprisingly, he had been part of the Ballets Russes (one of the most influential ballet companies of the 20th century, benefiting of its ground-breaking artistic collaboration among choreographers, dancers and the best artists of the avant-gardes: Picasso, Matisse, Cocteau, Satie, Stravinsky and Debussy, among others). Coherently with Joan Magrinyà's innovative energy and experiences, the design of this poster winks at the avant-gardes. Lithographic poster printed by Henrich, linen backed, B+ condition. Dimensions in inches: 27.6 x 15''.
